HONEY

We maintain a cozy apiary right here on our homestead, boasting a handful of hives that receive attentive care from our dedicated beekeeper, Jesse Clark.

Our honey is raw, strained and never filtered, ensuring a genuine and unaltered experience. No extra sweeteners or flavors are introduced to enhance its taste. Instead, what you'll taste is the essence of the nearby landscape – a medley of native plants, wildflowers, lavender, as well as trees and shrubs flourishing on and around our property.

As of 2025 you may find our honey at the Wehr Nature Center gift shop in Franklin, WI and at The Yellow Door boutique located within the Midwest Market in Racine, WI. (prices may vary at these locations)
